“I began working with Kaleigh in 2019 and I can truly say that it has been and still is an amazing experience. No matter if it’s an untrained mini mule, a donkey, or a horse, her knowledge is extraordinary and her patience with and respect for humans and equines creates an equally excellent learning environment. No matter what issue I have had during training, her advice was always right on point. As her student I feel safe and so does my horse. Her lessons truly are inspiring and exciting with a deep understanding of the equine soul and behavior. Kaleigh is an amazing human being and an amazing horsewoman!”

“Kaleigh has trained many different animals for the Equine Rescue Network. She has done outstanding work transforming ornery mules, wild horses, and misbehaving ponies into productive equines. She has trained donkeys to drive, stand on a box and sit down. She has also broken many ERN horses to ride and do dressage. She communicates with the horse in some secret language so that they understand what she is asking and they willingly respond. She has been 100% successful in solving all of the behavioral problems of the animals that she has worked with - and with rescues, these behavioral problems are often a result of being mishandled. She is patient and quiet with all horses. She gets an enthusiastic and unanimous 5-star rating from ERN.”

“Kaleigh was recommended to me with my two wild yearling Nakotas. I had no idea what I was doing and she very quickly put me at ease. The very first day she was able to teach them how to lead and stop off of body language. Now we are walking in kiddie pools with bottles, learning to sit, getting comfortable with extremely loud noises and strange objects with ease and it has only been 4 months. To others I say she was definitely a horse in her past life. She both understands the animal and how to help them depending on their personality and is able to help you understand how to practice her methods. She is the reason I will be getting more wild horses.”

“Kaleigh has been such a huge influence in my relationship with my horse! I have a 4 year old mare that is a very sweet girl, but also has a bossy, pushy, & dominant side at times and was beginning to get a bit pushy with me and with others. I am inexperienced with young horses and was referred to Kaleigh by my barn owner. After my first clinic with her I was HOOKED! All I can say is she has a gift. The difference in my communication with my horse even after our first session was such a great feeling for me. As I’ve continued working with Kaleigh my relationship with my mare has grown much stronger and our communication with each other is so much clearer! I highly recommend Kaleigh!”

“Kaleigh has opened an amazing channel of communication between me and my daughter’s horse, who was diagnosed with kissing spine a year ago. I took over her rehab which required mostly groundwork. I had limited experience with groundwork and my daughter’s horse was reactive and explosive at times. From the very first lesson, I knew we had found someone special to help us progress on our journey. Kaleigh didn’t just spend our lessons showing me the mechanics of groundwork, she explained the why, including the theory behind horse behavior. I now have the confidence to work at liberty with Destiny and handle those reactive moments, but most importantly she has taught me how to listen to and interpret Destiny’s behavior. I have been so blessed to have Kaleigh on this journey with us.”

“Kaleigh was the first clinician and trainer that truly understood what a traumatized horse goes through and how to reconnect with them. Her explanations are so clear and techniques very simple. I have made amazing progress with my horse in the few months after I attended one of her clinics. She has an amazing spirit and a great gift. I highly recommend anyone to work with her.”
